Membership

• Anyone who lives or works in Washington County (and their families).
• Select Employee Groups and their family members.
  
• Employees of businesses under contract with the National Life Insurance Company,
  or employees of businesses which are tenants of the National Life Insurance Company,
  who perform their duties on the premises of the National Life Insurance Company as
  may be approved by the Board.
